Wash the lemons and pat dry with paper towel. Grate the zest from each lemon. Whisk together the eggs, sugar and lemon zest in a stand mixer until the mixture starts to become pale and thickens. When the cake is ready, prick the top of the cake all over with a fork and pour the warm lemon juice over the cake. Place the oil, eggs, lemon rind, lemon juice, yoghurt and sugar in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
